Social support is an old social phenomenon since the age of man himself and was only recently cared for by researchers after having had significant effects on stressful attitudes, psychological stress and the mitigation of the results of stress, adversity and neurological attitudes; it is a source of psychosocial security that elderly need from their world. When they feel threatened and feel that their energy has been exhausted or strained, That they are unable to face danger or to cope with stress and that they need to help and help others, especially the social worker's role as a general practitioner in achieving social support for the elderly, which can be achieved through the following sub-objectives: Identification of social worker's role as a general practitioner in achieving emotional support for the elderly social worker's role as a general practitioner in achieving information support for the elderly; Determining the role of a social worker as a general practitioner in achieving discretionary support for the elderly as well as identifying the difficulties faced by a social worker as a general practitioner in achieving social support for the elderly, Identifying proposals to overcome difficulties faced by a social worker as a general practitioner in achieving social support for the elderly Therefore, the current study is considered a descriptive study. The study used the social survey curriculum, and the study found the answer to all its questions.
