Abstract

This Study aimed to Test The effectiveness of using the cognitive approach in Serving the individual in developing innovative thinking Skills among university youth, it used the quasi – experimental approach using a single group of (30) university youth, It is subjected to pre – post measure and this study belongs to the quasi – experiment study patterns, the scale for developing innovative thinking skills among university youth was applied (Prepared by the researcher). Consisting of four main dimensions: Fluency, spontaneous flexibility, originality, and sensitivity to problems, This study Tests the validity of the main hypothesis: the use of the cognitive approach in the casework of the individual in developing innovative thinking skills among university four sub - hypotheses branched out, specifically regarding the dimensions of fluency, flexibility, originality, and sensitivity to problems, The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the use of the cognitive approach in caseworker and developing innovative thinking skills among university youth in the study sample in favor of the group in the post - measurement. Them the results of the study reached the presence of statistically significant moral differences between the use of cognitive approach in casework and developing flexibility, originality, and sensitivity to problems in favor of the study sample in the post - measurement
