The study revealed the following results:Operational challenges: weak commitment of the private sector to social responsibility in some regions, limited community awareness of the importance of participating in elderly services, variation in work mechanisms among partners, lack of infrastructure, and the need for research and statistical support. Financial challenges: insufficient sustainable funding, limited contribution of partnerships in covering operational costs of organizations, difficulty in establishing financing partnerships dedicated to elderly services, limited financial resources of organizations, and the high costs of elderly care. Organizational challenges: weak actual compliance with partnership provisions, and shortcomings in partnership evaluation.Administrative challenges: absence of specialized administrative structures for community partnership, and weak conviction among some leaders regarding its importance.
