Abstract

This study, in its theoretical orientation and intellectual context, is based on the importance of relying on modern technology in a vital and important field, namely youth care. This field plays an influential and effective role with institute students in shaping their personalities from all mental, psychological, intellectual, and physical perspectives through the services, programs, and student activities provided to students. This reliance on the use of information technology facilitates and provides these services more quickly. We must also address the obstacles facing the use of information technology in planning to develop university youth care services, while developing proposals to activate the use of information technology in planning to develop university youth care services to address these challenges and define the desired objectives. Based on the above, the researcher can define the current study's objective as determining the level of "information technology contributions to planning to develop university youth care services." The study aims to determine the level of information technology contributions to planning to develop university youth care services, determine the level of stages of the planning process for developing university youth care services, determine the level of university youth care services from the students' perspective, and identify the obstacles facing the use of information technology in planning to develop them.
