The journal is keen on publishing the research papers sent to it that meet in form and content in Arabic and English languages according to the following scientific conditions:
1. That the material sent for publication is original and not sent for publication in any other journal, and the researcher submits a declaration.
2. That the research presented is among the topics that the journal is interested in publishing.
3. The article should be within 20 pages, including a list of references, tables, figures, and pictures.
4. That the author follows the recognized scientific principles in preparing and writing research papers, especially about proving sources of information, documenting quotations, and respecting scientific integrity in marginalizing references and sources.
5. Articles must be submitted on the journal's website.
6. It is not possible to add any members to the article after submitting it to the journal.
7. The first paper includes the full title of the article in Arabic and a translation of the title of the article in English, as well as the name of the researcher, his academic degree, the institution affiliated with it, phone, fax, e-mail and an abstract, within the limits of two hundred words in both Arabic and English, (where the number of abstract lines does not exceed more than 20 lines in 14 simplified Arabic font for the Arabic abstract and 12 Times New Roman for the abstract in English), if the research is in Arabic then the abstract is made in English and if the search is in English then the research abstract is in Arabic.
8. 9. The Arabic scientific material is written in a simplified Arabic type, size 14, with 1.00 between the lines, for titles it is BOLD, and for the article title its size is 16.

11. The essay should be free from spelling, grammatical, linguistic, and typographical errors as much as possible.

13. The journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA) documentation system.

16. 17. Studies published by the journal express the opinions of their owners and do not necessarily express the view of the journal.
18. The magazine publishes everything related to the scientific and research field and what is related to conferences, seminars, academic activities, abstracts of scientific theses and book reviews, if it does not exceed five printed pages.
19. Research is considered publishable in terms of issuance of a letter of validity for publication and is referred to the queue awaiting publication according to the role's priority and the momentum of research referred for publication.
