Abstract

This study aims at a realistic and field diagnosis of the reality and concept of social justice among the poor (the lowest income) in the Egyptian countryside, and determining the degree of disparity between the most active - medium activity - least active villages in social justice to enable the rural poor to participate in the making of their social welfare policies, and to identify the differences between residents. The countryside (the highest income - the lowest income) in participating in the making of their own social care policies, and determining the degree and strength of the impact of social justice in enabling the rural poor to participate in the making of their own social care policies. It also seeks to define mechanisms to achieve social justice to enable the rural poor to participate. In making their social care policies, and identifying mechanisms to enable the rural poor to participate in making their own social care policies, the study has reached an answer to all its questions.
