This research seeks to achieve a set of objectives, namely highlighting the importance of education in promoting civic values, highlighting the importance of civic values in building and maintaining Arab societies, as well as identifying the most important civic values necessary for building modern societies, and revealing the most important concepts linked to civic values, Analyzing available data and information about international indicators of some civic values in Egypt and some Arab countries, then arriving at a proposed vision for the development and strengthening of civic values in Arab societies, and the study reached an answer to all the questions that had been raised.
