Scientific research is the most important Tools for developing societies. This is confirmed by the experiences of developed countries, as scientific research is adopted in different areas of life and is directly related to the needs of society. In the Arab countries, despite many of them trying to pay attention to scientific research, they are still unable to produce knowledge that meets their developmental needs, despite their enormous wealth. It is not enough to talk about the number of universities, research and research centers and researchers, because the real work is rather what is being accomplished on the ground. In this article, we will try to raise this topic by answering the following questions : What is the reality of the reality of scientific research in the Arab world compared to developed countries ? What are the most important obstacles ? How can it be overcome ? And reached that study to answer her questions.
