Although the idea of human rights had become international, the pioneers of law prefered the local acceptions then international because they are held aming group of couetries related in collective valuses and cultures, These local acceptions had proved its successful such as the following. a- The Europeens, b. The American, c- The African. The important view is concentrated in the ideal maintaining of human rights start in the internal legislations of the countries beginning with the law of every country or state and the laws related with them and respect them whatever their religions, sexes, ethnics and putting suitable punishment for whom for away them.
