Abstract

      This study aimed at identifying social, personal, and professional pressures and their relationship to the professional performance of social workers working at Al-Azhar Institutes for Teaching the Arabic language, and a questionnaire form was fabricated using the social survey method in the sample for a regular random sample of social workers working at Al-Azhar Institutes of Arabic Language Education (37) social workers and one of the most important recommendations of the study, Study recommendations: Conduct similar studies that address the problem of social pressures in a way that complements the rest of the pressures, Help social workers prepare courses and develop their professional performance to achieve job satisfaction, Directing social workers to seek human development courses that are burdened by their professional skills.
