Training needs of social workers working in the school field to achieve the integration of people with special needs

Abstract

The study is considered one of the descriptive analytical studies because through this type of studies it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts the reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena. Strengthening the work of social workers to achieve integration into society, identifying appropriate training methods for social workers to achieve integration, identifying obstacles that prevent the satisfaction of training needs of social workers, arriving at a set of planning indicators that contribute to strengthening the work of social workers to achieve integration into society, and the study answered all Its questions used the scientific method and appropriate research tools for this and the use of appropriate statistical programs to analyze data. The results of the study concluded that the most important human needs that increase the efficiency of the work of the social worker to achieve inclusion for students with disabilities are the importance of exchanging experiences between colleagues, applying objectivity at work, justice in distributing Services, behavior support Outstanding, providing moral support in addition to appreciation for good performance.Keywords: Training needs, school field, integration, and people with special needs.
