The impacts of the forced home quarantine of the covid-19 and its effect on tourism workers

Abstract

The study identify the impacts of the forced home quarantine of the Corona virus and its effect on tourism workers. The study was applied to a sample of (130) individuals working in the Dreams Beach Resort in Sharm El-Sheikh. The study found that there are social impacts of the period of forced quarantine as a result of the difficulty of meeting relatives after the crisis of closure and forced quarantine. It is difficult for me to meet work colleagues after the home quarantine. And the psychological effects of the period of forced quarantine which indicated that the Corona virus is a punishment from God Almighty and that the Corona virus is A stigma on the injured and their families. And the existence of economic consequences of the period of forced confinement as a result, including the difficulty of providing basic needs after the Corona pandemic, and the fear of injury to a family member and the inability to afford treatment. And the existence of cultural effects resulting from the period of forced quarantine, through awareness of the danger of the Corona virus and the difficulty of following all precautionary measures to avoid infection.
