Abstract

This study is one of the descriptive studies through which it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts and diagnoses reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena, which is based on deciding certain characteristics or a situation that is overpowered by limitation, so the current study aims to determine the level of social protection programs provided to orphans within orphan care institutions Determine the level of the dimensions of participatory planning for orphan care institutions, identify the obstacles that prevent the application of participatory planning to achieve social protection for orphans, and identify the necessary proposals to confront the obstacles that prevent the application of participatory planning to achieve social protection for orphans. The study used a comprehensive social survey approach for workers in orphan care institutions As well as a sample social survey of a number of institutions working in the field of orphan care. The results of the study concluded that the level of social protection services is high, and that the average dimensions of participatory planning are high, and that the most important obstacles faced by orphan care organizations are the weak cooperation between civil society organizations that provide their services. orphans in achieving participatory planning, and that the most important proposals came as a necessity for consolation g Gender equality in the participatory planning of social protection services programmes
