Community support as a variable in planning to achieve social protection for juvenile delinquents

Abstract

The interest in juvenile delinquents is one of the features by which the progress of societies is measured, and the provision of necessary social care services for them is one of the internationally recognized basic human rights, as well as the provision of all forms of societal support and assistance to them, through which social protection for juvenile delinquents is achieved. Where the current study aimed to determine the level of community support for juvenile delinquents, determine the level of social protection for juvenile delinquents, and then determine the level of the stages of the planning process to achieve social protection for juvenile delinquents. As well as the difficulties facing the contributions of community support in planning to achieve social protection for juvenile delinquents, This study belongs to the pattern of analytical descriptive studies based on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey method for juvenile delinquents at the Center for Classification and Guidance in the social care homes in Giza, and their number is (120), as well as the comprehensive social survey approach for officials, numbering (40) individuals, and the data collection tools are in a form A questionnaire for juvenile delinquents, and a questionnaire for officials, This study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of social support dimensions for juvenile delinquents is high, and also the level of social protection for juvenile delinquents is high.
