Abstract

The study sought to determine the effectiveness of the professional intervention program from the perspective of general practice in social work to relieve life stresses (psychological stress - social stress - educational stress) for the physically disabled. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample consisting of a deliberate sample of (15) individuals that was withdrawn from the study population, which numbered (65) persons with disabilities who are in the Social Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled in Mansoura, Also, in the sample, the percentage of males is higher than the percentage of females, where their percentage reached (66.7%), followed by the percentage of females, which was (33.3%). Perhaps the percentage of bullying males exceeds the percentage of physically disabled females, and this is due to the males being exposed to accidents and collisions more than females, which often what causes movement impairment? The trial period has been applied and is estimated at four months, from 10/10/2019 to 10/2/2020, The results of the study proved the validity of the main hypothesis and the three sub-hypotheses, through that there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of the professional intervention program from the perspective of general practice in social work and the alleviation of life pressures (psychological stress - social stress - educational stress) for the physically disabled.
