Intellectual capital as a variable in social welfare policy making for the Egyptian youth

Abstract

The problem of the current study was determining the level of intellectual capital among young people as a variable in making social welfare policies for Egyptian youth, The study aims were: 1. Determining the level of intellectual capital among Egyptian yout, 2. Determining the level of the stages of making social welfare policies for the Egyptian youth, 3. Determining the difficulties facing the contributions of intellectual capital in making social welfare policies for Egyptian youth, 4. Achieving a proposed planning vision for making alternative social welfare policies for the Egyptian youth in the light of intellectual capital.
This study was a descriptive / analytical studies. The social survey method was used with a simple random sample for young beneficiaries of the Desouq Youth Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, who numbered (270) individuals, as well as the comprehensive social survey approach for the officials of the Desouq Youth Department and Desouq Youth Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, who numbered (87) individuals, The data collection tools were: a questionnaire form for youth and a questionnaire form for officials. One of the most important results of the study is the presentation of a proposed planning vision for making alternative social welfare policies for Egyptian youth in the light of intellectual capital.
