Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve housing protection for homeless elderly groups, testing the efficacy of using a life model to achieve health protection for homeless elderly populations, testing the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve psychological protection for homeless elderly groups, testing the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve family and social protection for homeless elderly groups, testing the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve economic protection for homeless elderly groups, testing the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve cultural protection for homeless elderly groups, testing the effectiveness of using a life model to achieve recreational protection for homeless elderly groups, the study relied on the quasi- experimental study, which is based on the pre- and post- measurement of one experimental group, the study relied on the quasi- experimental approach by designing tribal and remote measurements for one experimental group of homeless elderly homeless in Basma shelter in Zagazig, Sharkia Governorate, there are (15) singles, the study applied measure of social protection for homeless elderly groups and analyzed the content of the group's periodic reports, the results of the study reached the validity of the main hypothesis and the sub hypothesis, and this appeared through the change in the responses of the experimental group after the professional intervention towards social protection (residential- health – psychological- economic- cultural – recreational).
