The Current Study aimed to determine the level of the practice of servant leadership behaviors by the managers of youth welfare departments at Fayoum University, and to determine the level of achievement by these departments of the competitive advantage among their peers, and then to determine the relationship between them, and to find mechanisms to activate servant leadership behaviors among the managers of youth welfare departments. The study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and relied on the descriptive approach using the comprehensive social survey method for all workers in youth welfare departments at Fayoum University. and It was based on two main tools, the scale of servant leadership behaviors among managers of youth welfare departments, and the scale of achieving competitive advantage in youth welfare departments,The study was applied to (99) individuals, who are the total employees in youth welfare departments at Fayoum University, and the study reached to a statistically significant correlation between the practice of servant leadership behaviors by managers of youth welfare departments at Fayoum University, and their achievement of competitive advantage.
