The concept of digital citizenship also emerged, Digital citizenship means a form of social identity in which all members of society participate, regardless of gender, race, or religion, and it includes a number of rights, duties, rules, controls, standards, ideas and principles used in the optimal use of technology that the citizen needs. The digital citizen means the individual who uses the Internet effectively and systematically on an almost daily basis.
