E-marketing requirements for social protection programs in NGOs

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of e marketing for social protection programs in NGOs, determine the level of requirements that must be met for electronic marketing of social protection programs in NGOs, and to identify obstacles and proposals to activate e marketing for social protection programs in NGOs. This study belongs to descriptive studies, and it relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for officials of NGOs in the governorates of Cairo and Giza. The researcher applied a questionnaire form for officials of NGOs, which numbered (72) single, and the results of the study proved that the level of e marketing for social protection programs, whether (social - economic - educational - health) in NGOs. As a whole, it is average, and that the level of requirements (organizational - competitive - knowledge - technological - legislative) that must be met for e-marketing for social protection programs in NGOs as a whole is high, and that the level of obstacles and suggestions for activating e-marketing for social protection programs in NGOs is high.
