Requirements for activating E-management in Civil Society Organizations from the Perspective of Social Work General Practice "A Study Applied to Al-Salah Charitable Company in Tafahna Al-Ashraf"

Abstract

This study aimed at building a proposed vision from the perspective of the general practice of social work to activate electronic management in civil society organizations. The study used the social survey method with a sample of 347 worker at Al-Salah Charitable Company in Tafahna Al-Ashraf. The study used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results of the study showed a very high level of both the material and human requirements for activating the electronic administration in civil society organizations. The coordinating requirements for the activation of electronic management in civil society organizations was also very high. In addition, the obstacles of activating E-management in civil society organizations were very high. The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses on a regular basis for civil society organization workers in order to keep pace with contemporary technological techniques, in order to be able to apply electronic management, as well as the need to establish an infrastructure in civil society organizations to implement electronic management (computers - internet - software....etc.).
