Abstract

The study aimed to determine he needs of workers who are about to retire. (health, social, economic, psychological, recreational), Arranging the priorities of the needs of workers who are about to retire, identifying the difficulties that face satisfying the needs of workers who are about to retire, defining proposals to satisfy the needs of workers who are about to retire, Reaching to proposed planning mechanisms to satisfy the needs of workers who are about to retire, and this study is a descriptive study, and it depends on the use of the comprehensive social survey approach for workers who are about to retire in the age group (from 50 to 60 years) at Helwan University(205), The data collection tools consisted of a questionnaire for workers who are about to retire about estimating their needs, and the study concluded that the level of needs of workers who are about to retire is expected to be high. Statistically significant differences between the responses of workers who are about to retire according to the job with regard to their determination of the level of their needs, then arriving at suggested planning mechanisms that include estimating the needs of workers who are about to retire and the future view of indicators of planning services that satisfy those needs
