Organizational Symmetry as Approach for Achieving institutional Distinction in Non-governmental organizations

Abstract

The study aims to determine the level of organizational similarity in Non-governmental organizations, and this goal can be determined through the following (organizational loyalty - organizational similarity - organizational affiliation (membership), as well as determining the level of achieving institutional excellence in Non-governmental organizations, and this goal can be determined through the following dimensions (excellence). Leadership, Human Excellence, Service Excellence, Financial Excellence, Technology Excellence), Determining the obstacles facing the contributions of organizational similarity in achieving institutional excellence in Non-governmental organizations, identifying proposals for activating the contributions of organizational similarity in achieving institutional excellence in Non-governmental organizations, and reaching a proposed future vision from the perspective of the method of a community organization to activate the contributions of organizational similarity in achieving institutional excellence in Non-governmental organizations. The study concluded, in its results, to prove the validity of the main hypothesis, "there is a positive, direct, and statistically significant relationship between organizational symmetry and the achievement of institutional excellence in Non-governmental organizations."
