Abstract

Attention is given to people with special needs in general and people with hearing disabilities in particular. Where social institutions care and rehabilitate the disabled, and care is through rehabilitation associations supervised by the Ministry of Social Solidarity through social workers, Among the most important of these institutions are institutions for the hearing impaired. Specialists and social workers depend in these rehabilitation institutions to treat speech, improve their quality of life and provide educational, economic, health and rehabilitation services. The study aims to identify the role of professional practice of the way of organizing society and improving the quality of life for the hearing impaired and improving the quality of economic life for the hearing impaired (healthy quality of life, educational quality of life, rehabilitative life quality).
