Abstract

NGOs play the role of state supporters with the aim of achieving community participation to improve the personality of the individual by helping him acquire knowledge and develop his performance within the family and society, with the aim of mobilizing individual and collective efforts to achieve social, economic and health development, influencing public policies and deepening the concept of social solidarity. Therefore, NGOs provide multiple services because they have become a means for society through which the needs of individuals are satisfied in order to achieve community participation between the state and local community institutions, so the relationship remains between the progress of society on the one hand, and the effectiveness of organizations working in it on the other hand. Therefore, the study seeks to identify the roles of NGOs to support the state in developing health services and procedures to confront the new Coronavirus by dealing with the different modes of dealing (individual and family format represented by individuals and families in the local community surrounding NGOs - the coordination of the working group represented by workers and those in charge of awareness campaigns - the format of the institution represented by NGOs - the community format represented by local community institutions).
