The impact of the emigration of scientific competencies abroad on scientific research in Egypt A study applied to the faculties of Kafrelsheikh University

The emigration of scientific competencies abroad is one of the problems facing the Arab world, including Egypt, and there are many immigrant disciplines, including social sciences, engineering, medicine and all disciplines, which leads to the study of this phenomenon and its impact on scientific research on Egypt, and the importance of this study is due to the role of scientific research in the development and progress of societies The exploitation of these competencies within the community helps the development of the community, these competencies contribute to the transfer of scientific research experiences to others, and this study aims to: - Identify the reasons for the emigration of competencies abroad, determine the positive and negative effects of that migration on scientific research in terms of (scientific, health) (Economic) access to mechanisms to confront the emigration of scientific competencies and their investment in the homeland. And several sub-hypotheses: The migration of scientific competencies abroad affects the scientific research (scientific, health, economic)? The type of this study is descriptive and analytical, the method is a sample survey for a number of Kafrelsheikh University faculties, the human field, the faculty members of the university,
