This paper sought to define generation Z in terms of prevalence, distribution, characteristics, social interests, and traits in the workplace. In order to properly identify this generation as an important social segment in today's societies, the paper proposes specific theoretical and methodological frameworks when studying it, commensurate with the characteristics of this generation.This paper sought to define generation Z in terms of prevalence, distribution, characteristics, social interests, and traits in the workplace.
