Abstract

This study belongs to semi-experimental studies, by identifying the effect of the independent variable, which is the professional intervention program for professional practice, in the way of working with groups using the ecological approach and the dependent variable, which is the development of environmental awareness of climate variables for middle school students, so this study aimed to achieve the main objective Next, "Developing environmental awareness of climate change among middle school students through professional practice in the method of working with groups using the ecological approach". 2- Developing emotional awareness of climate change among middle school students. 3- Developing behavioral awareness of climate change among middle school students. The study reached the following results: The success of the professional intervention program in developing the cognitive side, developing the emotional side, and developing the behavioral side for students through providing students with information and environmental knowledge related to climate change and environmental problems facing society. As well as correcting wrong ideas and information and replacing them with information and scientific facts, due to the diversity of professional activities and methods, and this is also evident from the qualitative analysis of the periodic reports, and the students’ responses during the practice of the program through group discussions and the implementation of activities and social participations that the researcher observed and recorded in the periodic reports.
