Abstract

This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive analytical studies that are concerned with describing and analyzing the functional relationship quantitatively and qualitatively by identifying the factors of weak family cohesion and their relationship to divorce among working women from the perspective of individual service. The working woman from the perspective of serving the individual. This goal is achieved through a number of sub-goals represented in: 1. Identifying the social factors related to weak family cohesion and their relationship to divorce among working women from the perspective of individual service. 2. Determining the psychological factors related to weak family cohesion and their relationship to divorce among working women from the perspective of individual service. 3. Determining the economic factors related to weak family cohesion and their relationship to divorce among working women from the perspective of individual service. 4. Determining the health factors related to weak family cohesion and their relationship to divorce among working women from the perspective of individual service. The general results of the study are the presence of a number of psychological factors associated with weak family cohesion of working women, the most important of which is (excessive selfishness of one of the spouses). The general view of the study is the presence of a number of health factors that lead to weak family cohesion, namely (the presence of repulsive disabilities in one of the parties, and accidents that impede one of the spouses from exercising his role in the family).
