Abstract

The study aimed to determine the role of the social worker in developing the leadership skills of high school students (STEM), Determining the level of the social worker's performance in developing students' leadership skills, As well as identifying the difficulties that limit the role played by the social worker in the development of leadership skills for Students in (STEM), And reaching a proposed vision to activate the role of the social worker to increase the effectiveness of his role in developing leadership skills in (STEM). Results of The Study determined the roles of the social worker with The Students in the (STEM), and the level of his Performance with them, the study presented group of proposals to solve the difficulties and developing the leadership skills for students in (STEM).
