Abstract

The study aimed at the problems facing recovering addicts, determining the return on NGOs' use of the community-based rehabilitation model in facing the problems of recovering addicts, identifying the obstacles that limit the use of civil society organizations of the community-based rehabilitation model in facing the problems of recovering addicts, and identifying the necessary proposals to ignore the use of NGOs The civil society model of community-based rehabilitation in facing the problems of recovering addicts, and the study reached, in its most important results, to accept the first hypothesis. The society in the face of the problems of addicts is high, and this study belongs to the descriptive studies. The researcher used the comprehensive social survey approach for officials of the Addiction Control and Treatment Fund, and a sample of recovering addicts who benefited from the services of the Addiction and Abuse Control Fund.
