The Role of Websites in political security in Saudi society (applied study using content analysis)

Abstract

The study aims to determine if the subjects of political security are adequate and appropriate to enhance intellectual safety in Saudi society. To achieve those objectives, the study relies on social survey method and uses content analysis as an instrument to collect datas, The study was applied on some websites which are: assakina and amnfkri website. I used statistical tests (frequency and percentage rate), The study reached the following results: The study confirms that there is a difference in using contents about political security. Assakina discusses the following: Very rare viewed topics and insufficient to achieve political security in Saudi society, namely: subjects (national dialogue, National Association, dealing with non-Muslims). Subjects displayed appropriately and adequately to achieve political security in Saudi society: subjects (moderation and rejection of extremism). Some subjects are presented in approporiate ways to achieve amnfkri which are: Very rare viewed topics and insufficient to achieve ideological security in Saudi society, namely: subjects (family cohesion, dealing with non-Muslims, cultural invasion). Subjects displayed rare and insufficient to achieve ideological security in Saudi society: subjects (orators, school). Subjects displayed appropriately and adequately to achieve ideological security in Saudi society: subjects (scientists, national dialogue). Subjects that are used a lot and increased replication rate, adequate and timely: subjects (national belonging, moderation and rejection of extremism, and intellectual security programs protective methods of Atonement, and confront the terrorist organizations). The study reaches some recommendations in the following: Working on activate websites roles by increasing the numbers of topics that focus on improving.
