Abstract

Kafr Al sheikh governorateof identification within the province of Cairo, is an industrial area and also classified as a slum area, and lack of infrastructure and services and excellence as the environmentally degraded, and remained Governments and civil society are many attempts to develop the district through partnership and because of lack of funding efforts failed, and after the start of efforts institutional private sector and the growing interest by the partnerships and private institutions and the launch of index of social responsibility of corporations, institutions are contributing to the establishment of inter-infrastructure and the satisfaction of societal needs, designed the present experiment to involve all the factories and institutions located within the district for its development through community-based initiative beginning to appreciate the societal needs of the population , and communication informal leadership within the district, and to convince all the factories and companies to carry out a range of projects, "" infrastructure and service projects, and create job opportunities for residents through training, and also perform a number of environmental campaigns
