Bullying and its impact on the academic achievement of primary school students

Abstract

The study dealt with the relationship between bullying and academic excellence of primary school students, and the study problem was formulated in the following formulation:Is there a statistically significant positive relationship between bullying and academic excellence of primary school students? Where the study aimed to determine the relationship between bullying and its impact on the academic excellence of primary school students, and this goal is achieved through several sub-goals, which are to determine the relationship between physical bullying and the academic excellence of the bullied from primary school students, to determine the relationship between verbal bullying and the academic excellence of the bullied from Primary school students, determining the relationship between social bullying and the academic excellence of the bullied from primary school students, determining the relationship between electronic bullying and the academic excellence of the bullied from primary school students, and the bullying scale and the academic excellence scale were applied to the respondents, and the results reached the acceptance of the first main hypothesis, which is " There is a statistically significant positive relationship between bullying and academic excellence for primary school students. The first sub-hypothesis, which is "There is a statistically significant positive relationship between physical bullying and academic excellence of primary school students" by accepting the hypothesis. The study answered the first sub-hypothesis, which is "there is a statistically significant positive relationship between cyberbullying and academic excellence for primary school students" by accepting the hypothesis, and thus the study verifies the validity of the main and sub-hypotheses.
