Abstract

This study seeks to achieve a main objective, which is to identify the role of social capital in its dimensions (teamwork - trust - empowerment) in organizational performance with its variables (effectiveness, efficiency, development, and job satisfaction), and this main objective is achieved through a set of the following sub-objectives To know the availability of social capital dimensions (teamwork and cooperation-trust - empowerment) in non-profit organizations.Knowing the reality of organizational performance in its dimensions (effectiveness, efficiency, development, and job satisfaction) in non-profit organizations.This is done by identifying the impact of social capital in its dimensions (teamwork and cooperation - trust - empowerment) in raising performance with its variables (effectiveness, efficiency, development, and job satisfaction) and identifying whether there are statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample about the degree of availability Dimensions of social capital (teamwork and cooperation - trust - empowerment) according to variables (gender - age - years of experience - and educational qualification).And to identify whether there are statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample towards the reality of organizational performance in its dimensions (effectiveness, efficiency, development, and job satisfaction) according to the variables (gender - age - years of experience - and academic qualification).All elements of social capital included in the study tool, which are represented in (teamwork, trust, empowerment and knowledge sharing), are generally available to a high degree in non-profit organizations from the point of view of male and female employees, and it was found that the reality of organizational performance as a whole came with a high degree in non-profit organizations From the point of view of male and female employees in these organizations, where they agreed on average on all dimensions of organizational performance (effectiveness, efficiency, development, job satisfaction).
