The impact of misuse of social media on the high divorce rate among married couples

Abstract

The problem of divorce is one of the most complex social problems in the life of the family because the effects of this problem not only affect the spouses and children, but also have negative effects on society itself, and the idea of divorce does not arise suddenly for the couple, and this stage has been preceded by several preliminary steps to reform between them, and divorce comes after as a final solution after the failure of the previous steps, and that the couple reaches to make such a decision as a result of the lack of harmony between them, the many disagreements and family problems, and the lack of understanding of each of the spouses, and then the factors of failure and symptoms of division arise, and these factors may be psychological or material, A husband may be dominated by hatred for his wife, and Allah SWT has commanded him that his treatment of her and good intercourse with her should be unaffected by these feelings, whatever their reasons for saying ( and have intercourse with them with kindness, if you hate them, you may hate something, and Allah makes a lot of good in it ) women– verse 19.this indicates that a husband clings to his wife with his hatred for her, because Allah knows in this of the goodness and blessing of many.
