Abstract

The study aimed to test the effectiveness of a professional intervention program within the context of generalist practice in alleviating the social problems faced by talented students, The method used in this study is the experimental study using the experimental design “a pre-post-test design with two groups, one is experimental and the other is control group”, The study sample consisted of (20) of talented students at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Kafr El-Sheikh, The study confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis by proving the validity of the study's sub-hypotheses, which are as follows: The study confirmed the validity of the first sub-hypothesis: that there are statistically significant differences in the scores of talented students on the social problems scale before and after the implementation of the professional intervention program. And the validity of the second sub-hypothesis: “There are statistically significant differences between the scores of talented students on the scale of social problems with regard to psychological problems before and after applying the professional intervention program." The study confirmed the validity of the third sub-hypothesis: that there are statistically significant differences in the scores of talented students on the social problems scale regarding Educational problems before and after the implementation of the professional intervention program.
