This current research aims to investigate the relationship between resilience to marital discord, and to identify the gender differences in resilience and Marital discord. The sample consisted of (171) husbands and wives (80 husbands - 91 wives), their ages ranged between (21-50) years, (mean =38.11) years, and a standard deviation of (±7.71) years. Used the scale of psychological resilience in the marital relationship (prepared by researcher) and the scale of marital discord prepared by (Abd Elsttar, 2022). Statistical analysis showed the following results: Their were significant differences between males and females in resilience in favor of females, There were negative correlation exists between males and female's scores in resilience and their scores on marital discord.
