Abstract

The method of serving the community through the groups with which it deals plays an important role in caring for, nurturing, and giving young people good values and attitudes, according to the programs that vary and differ to satisfy needs. There are health programs, sports programs, artistic programs, cultural programs, social programs, The program in the various fields of social service is the backbone of any work, activity or project until the practical steps that must be linked become clear, and also because the programs include actions, dollars, and how to employ various capabilities because they express all the processes and relationships associated with the situations and topics that seek to achieve their goals, The results of the study reached knowledge of the concept of digital drugs among university youth and knowledge of the factors that lead to digital drug addiction, The study also reached knowledge of the most important health, psychological, behavioral, educational and economic risks caused by digital addiction or digital drugs, as well as identifying the role of universities and institutes in preventing and mitigating the risks.
