Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the extent of the availability of organizational health dimensions in public secondary schools in Kuwait, and to provide a set of recommendations for developing these dimensions from the point of view of a sample of employees in these schools. The study was considered a descriptive analytical study. The steps of the social survey method were applied, and the data was collected using a scale that was distributed and collected by hand among a deliberate sample of 111 of some employees in some government secondary schools in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate in Kuwait. Among the most important results of the study: the level of all dimensions of organizational health in public secondary schools from the view point of a sample of its employees is very high (the organizational values dimension, the communication efficiency dimension, the clarity of goals, the morale dimension, the dimension of strong friendly relations, and the dimension of providing and using resources) in the same order. At the end of the study, a number of recommendations were presented that could contribute to develop the organizational health dimensions of public secondary schools in Kuwait.
