Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of participatory planning in strengthening social care services in the neediest villages in light of the Hayah karema Initiative. It is a descriptive study, used the descriptive approach, and used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information. The results of the study reached the effectiveness of participatory planning in strengthening social care services in the neediest villages. Need in light of the Hayah karema Initiative through Hayah karema projects for infrastructure, economic empowerment, and educational and health services. It also noted the presence of some obstacles, the most important of which is the lack of specialized competencies in identifying the necessary needs of the villages with the greatest need. The study proposed creating a map for service interventions based on the poverty map and files. Villages and field research for families
