Abstract

Information systems management plays a vital role in the management of institutions, as it enables the improvement of institution management processes in providing information, and also enhances the exchange of information between members of the institution at different levels, and work on analyzing them to develop work strategies and achieve the maximum possible efficiency in using the available resources or that can be made available, foresight studies are considered one of the means that enable institutions to create a better future by formulating strategies and drawing plans, Accordingly, the problem of the current study is determined in”managing information systems and anticipating the future of social defense institutions.
