Abstract

The study aimed to determine the mechanisms for using the balanced scorecard in its four dimensions - the financial dimension, clients, internal operations, education and growth - to improve the quality of the professional practice of social workers with individual cases in university youth welfare offices available to them to practice electronic counseling with family cases. The study belonged to the type of analytical descriptive studies. Using a social survey approach on a sample of 63 Social Workers dealing with individual cases in university youth welfare offices, the study used a questionnaire form entitled Mechanisms for using the balanced scorecard to improve the quality of the professional practice of social workers with individual cases in university youth welfare offices. The study concluded the various mechanisms (policies - Procedures - roles of the Social Worker) for using the balanced scorecard in each dimension.
