Abstract

Technological skills represent the backbone of professional practice, and without them, the profession cannot achieve its goals. Information and facts are recorded in a safe place that ensures confidentiality, in addition to To record the interviews and steps that the social worker takes while working with all clients, all of which helps to solve problems at all levels and achieve the goals of the assistance process, as the interest is in developing and developing the professional roles of social workers working with individual cases in the school field through holding courses and training programs. Which aims to raise their professional competence with the aim of developing their technological skills to achieve the best return for professional practice in serving the individual with individual cases. Therefore, the study targeted a proposed training program to provide social workers with some technological skills in dealing with individual cases in the school field, namely the skill of electronic registration and electronic communication What are the obstacles to acquiring technological skills?, The study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for social workers in secondary schools in Assiut Governorate, who numbered 104 social workers. The results of the study demonstrated the importance of developing training programs to provide social workers with the technological skills to better carry out work within the school and improve their professional performance.
