Therefore, the study targeted a proposed training program to provide social workers with some technological skills in dealing with individual cases in the school field, namely the skill of electronic registration and electronic communication What are the obstacles to acquiring technological skills?, The study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for social workers in secondary schools in Assiut Governorate, who numbered 104 social workers. The results of the study demonstrated the importance of developing training programs to provide social workers with the technological skills to better carry out work within the school and improve their professional performance.
