For example, smart leadership and smart planning can play an important and key role in developing and improving educational supervision, through the use of smart tools such as: smartphone devices, the Internet, e-mail, social media, artificial intelligence technologies, and e-learning platforms, in communicating on line, developing measurable plans, empowering educational supervisors, supporting and motivating teachers, and improving their performance during the educational process, At the end of the research, a number of recommendations were presented that can be used to improve educational supervision through smart leadership in educational institutions and smart planning in the educational field, The current research was considered descriptive theoretical library research, as the research attempted to describe the relationship between: smart leadership and smart planning on the one hand and educational supervision on the other hand.
