Knowledge management and follow-up on the implementation of university youth care programs

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of knowledge management in university youth care departments, determine the level of follow-up of the implementation of university youth care programs, determine the relationship between knowledge management and follow-up the implementation of university youth care programs, and identify obstacles to the application of knowledge management in following up the implementation of university youth care programs. And identifying proposals for applying knowledge management in following up on the implementation of university youth care programs This study is considered one of the descriptive studies, which relied on the comprehensive social survey approach of officials in the public administration of youth care, directors, and youth care specialists, numbering (126) individuals. The study concluded that the level of knowledge management in university youth care was average, and the level of follow-up of the implementation of university youth care programs It was high, and there was no statistically significant direct relationship between knowledge management and following up on the implementation of university youth care programs.
