A Training program to develop digital casework skills among social workers to deal with individual cases in the school field

Information and communications technology has brought about a tremendous revolution in the field of information, it has become the basic criterion by which the degree of progress of nations in the twenty- firs century is measured, and this rapid development has changed the prevailing concepts in the methods of dealing at the level of countries institutions and individuals.The world become a small village interconnected with each other and allowed the temporal and spatial diminutions to be transcended.This study aimed of reveal the effectiveness of a training program to develop social workers, digital casework skills to deal with individual cases in the school field.This study belongs to the types of experimental studies and relied on the experimental method using one group on which pre-and post- measurement is conducted.The scale for developing individual digital casework skills was applied (prepared by the researcher), and the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the training program for developing casework skills for social workers to deal with individual cases in the school field in relation to the skill of digital social psychological study.The digital assessment and diagnosis skills, the digital therapeutic intervention skills, the digital termination skills, the study recommended the necessity of conducing more studies and training courses for social workers in the digital electronic field to keep pace with everything new in the practice of casework.
