Abstract

Technology has become one of the sources that the world relies on in all aspects of life, especially in education. Egypt applied the technological system to high school students in 2018, relying on tablets instead of textbooks. This system faced many challenges, and in light of the state’s endeavor to develop this system in accordance with the 2030 strategy. The study seeks to determine the human and physical technological structure necessary to develop general secondary education, identify the challenges facing the use of technology for the general secondary education stage, identify the necessary material technological structure, identify the necessary human infrastructure, the necessary changes in the curriculum, and reach a future vision for the method of organizing Society to activate the use of technology in secondary education and study assignments. There is a positive relationship between the use of technological infrastructure and the development of general secondary education. There is a positive relationship between the availability of the physical technological infrastructure and the development of general secondary education. There is a positive relationship between the availability of human technological infrastructure and the development of education. The type of study is descriptive. The curriculum is a comprehensive survey of the general secondary schools in the East Kafr El-Sheikh Educational Administration, 14 schools, and the human field includes all school principals, agents, development specialists, social workers, and heads of the boards of trustees.
