The Culture of Digitization and The Development of Awareness of The Dangers of Digital Terrorism to University Youth

The problem of the current study was identified with identifying the culture of digitalization and raising awareness of the dangers of digital or cyber terrorism among university youth. The objectives of the study were the following: 1. monitoring the forms of digital terrorism to which young people are exposed. 2. Identifying the level of digitalization culture among university youth. 3. Determining the level of development of awareness of the dangers of digital terrorism among university youth 4. Determining the relationship between the cultures of digitalization and developing awareness of the dangers of digital terrorism among university youth. 5. Identifying the difficulties facing the contributions of the culture of digitalization in developing awareness of the dangers of digital terrorism among university youth. 6. Presenting some proposed planning mechanisms to develop awareness of the dangers of digital terrorism among university youth using the culture of digitalization, the study was a descriptive analytical study that used the social survey method. A specially prepared questionnaire was designed to collect data from 521 male and female students from various colleges and institutes at Beni Suef University. One of the most important results of the study was answering all its questions and testing all its hypotheses. At the conclusion of the study, a number of proposed planning mechanisms were identified to develop awareness of the dangers of digital terrorism among university youth using the culture of digitalization.
