Institutional excellence is considered one of the main frameworks to help planning institutions to enhance their ability and potential to achieve excellence in performance, and to keep pace with global developments and changes in leadership, planning, creativity and innovation in order to improve the quality of services provided by these institutions. The importance of electronic management is highlighted in that it constitutes one of the main frameworks that play an important role in helping institutions enhance their capabilities and achieve the required institutional excellence. The pursuit of institutional excellence is one of the most important and modern topics, as the excellence standards were clarified at the forefront of the goals that institutions seek to achieve to support more excellence and uniqueness in their institutional performance, which required administrative leaders to make more efforts to achieve success and progress, relying on speed, flexibility and innovation. This study sought to clarify the impact of electronic management on achieving institutional excellence in planning institutions in the Gaza Strip. Therefore, it was necessary for planning institutions to strive for excellence in institutional performance by encouraging competition between these institutions, so that they can provide a high-quality and distinctive service to beneficiaries. Therefore, the current study focused on determining the impact of electronic management in achieving institutional excellence in planning institutions by applying it to workers in the Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a simple random sample was used, as 132 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data. The study recommended the need to work on training human cadres, especially training related to modern technologies and programs, which contributes to keeping pace with development and achieving the goals of the institution, and working on continuous evaluation of performance. Workers in addition to evaluating the devices and taking the necessary development procedures, which achieves rapid development and growth.
